She is also the most gentle and comprehensive DC I’ve ever been to. Dr. Rachel Hamel has the most unique, holistic approach to her treatments. I had a cough and back ache that I’ve dealt with for months. She used several methods to help make the pain and cough go away. In addition, she also helped me figure out what types of foods and allergens I should stay away from and even what emotional stresses were triggering my physical ailments. It’s hard to explain how exactly she does her magic because she uses so many different modalities…you just got to go visit her! Dr. Hamel has a very unique and interesting approach to caring for her patients. I was introduced to her practice through a group of advisers I’ve worked with. I went in with an issue regarding my shoulders. From years of bad posture and working out, they’ve gotten worse. After her examination and a few adjustments, she also provided me a series of stretches I should be doing prior to any type of boxing and a few shoulder stabilizing exercises as well. Our whole family gets treated by Dr. Hamel. I met Dr. Hamel at my fitness club, and have always find her to be very intelligent. When I found out she is a Chiropractor I scheduled a visit with her for myself and my husband. I had just given birth to my second daughter who was less than 3 months old. We brought her to the appointment with us and that was when I learned Dr. Hamel also treats children. Our baby had her first treatment that day! 🙂 Dr. Hamel was so amazing with her during the treatment, she did not show any signs of discomfort but instead smiling the whole time. I had low back surgery due to awful nerve pain in 2015 and it started to come back in 2016. My surgeon did not know what was was causing the pain and either did my previous chiropractors. “Dr Hamel has changed the lives of both me and my children for the better forever. I went to her with chronic migraines, chronic back pain and various nutritional issues. My migraines have improved dramatically after Dr Hamel’s treatments. This afternoon my thirteen-year-old daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Hamel. After the appointment my daughter is walking taller, her facial structure is relaxed, and the sparkle in her eyes has returned. Life changing is a dramatic statement…but the only one I can think of that even comes close to describing the benefit of discovering Dr.Hamel. For the last six months my daughter had become sluggish (even though she plays club volleyball) not sleeping well and this winter seemed to catch virus after virus.
