Hello Warriors!!

Its that time again for some health tips!!  We’re going to dig into the topic today of your brain drain…

Your brain like everything in your body, is surrounded by fluids.  Our body is bathed in what is called lymph fluid, but your brain and nervous system are bathed in spinal fluid (called cerebro spinal fluid), also called the glymphatic system.  These fluids are basically the plumbing system of our body.  The fluid is essential to get out dead, dying cells from the brain, and nervous system, inflammatory molecules and proteins, old toxins, pathogens, chemicals, and additionally to bring in new cells and food to the brain.

The CSF has other functions as well:
The brain has four fluid compartments: cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), interstitial fluid, intracellular fluid, and the blood. The blood is kept separate from the CSF by the blood-brain barrier and blood CSF barrier. Tiny junctions between cells exist in the blood that create the blood-brain barrier, restricting molecules’ access to the brain. The blood-CSF barrier is also formed by tight junctions between choroid plexus cells. The choroid plexus is an area in the brain where a big pool of cells produce the CSF fluid. CSF comprises 10% of the total volume within the cranial cavity, and once it goes through the channels of the brain, it exits into the cervical lymphatic system. Recent studies show that the CSF and interstitial fluid (fluid in the space) are continuously interchanging.

Your brain is made of a lot of fat, and 25% of the cholesterol in the human body is in the brain. However, the blood-brain barrier that prevents molecules from entering also prevents fats from the blood from entering the brain. The brain, unlike the rest of the body, doesn’t receive cholesterol from the liver. The brain synthesizes its cholesterol. A well-managed system transports its supply of cholesterol to the neurons. This transport of cholesterol takes place through the glymphatic system. Fat is essential for our nervous system to work properly, (your nerves in particular are covered in fat) because it transfers signals from one neuron to another. The glymphatic system is very important for the health of our nerves and our brain!!

This system is mostly active at night, so adequate DEEP restful sleep is required for a healthy brain.  If you aren’t sleeping well, let’s talk. Additionally, in order for this important system to flow, there are a few mechanisms that need to take place. CSF is constantly being made in the choroid plexus, which creates a pressure gradient. Respiration is also very important to move the CSF along as well as pulsing arteries in the brain. The chemicals involved in the firing of neurons, called “ions,” drive a process of osmosis which helps pull the fluid through the brain tissue. Such an intricate system requires—you guessed it—balance. Stiff arteries do not allow pulsing, which causes a decline in fluid. This decrease may be why the elderly, in general, are more susceptible to neuro-cognitive conditions, because the lack of pulsing arteries decreases the ability to flush out the brain. Not being able to flush different substances out of our brain, such as tangles of tau in Alzheimer’s disease, a-synuclein in Parkinson’s disease, and superoxide dismutase in ALS, is a major risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases.

What’s the best method ???
Cranial work is the BEST known source to move the CSF and to drain your brain!!  When the joints of the cranium are not moving properly, it creates stagnation in the flow of this fluid, and then the brain is sitting in a toxic soup of fluids.  Proper nasal breathing and diaphragm breathing is also KEY to make sure your brain is draining.  If you are a mouth breather, you have a toxic brain with depleted oxygen.  If you are clenching and have TMJ issues you also have stagnation in this fluid.

In addition to cranial work, manual lymphatic drainage working from the outside in is also helpful, although not as impactful as working from the inside out with cranial maneuvers.  Dry brushing and manual lymphatic techniques are extremely helpful to get your pump moving!  There’s many tools and techniques that can utilize these methods from massage therapies, to lymphatic specialists to just some handheld fascia tools.

IT is CRITICAL, to always work on fluids and movement before nutritional work.  The brain needs to DRAIN in order to even absorb the nutrients and detoxing you are trying to do through nutritional work.  Brain fog and headaches are symptoms of a toxic brain.  So, get this system moving, get your breathing better, and watch your brain function improve!!

Pain on the right side of your body??

In the past two years with the increasing demand on our bodies detoxification systems, one organ in particular keeps taking continued hits: the liver.The Liver is our filtration organ.  It’s constantly detoxing what we consume, breathe and lather on.  Just like a regular filtration system, when the filter is full, it’s not very efficient.  Respectively, the liver begins to sound its alarm to us that it needs a replacement, or in a more effective term HELP.Let’s first dig into the jobs of the liver:– It processes nutrients
– produces bile which helps us digest fat
– produces cholesterol and proteins
– controls 500 metabolic processes
– breakdown alcohol and medications
– detoxes the blood
– destroys old red blood cells
– produces hormones
– releases glucose into the blood
– regulates and stores glycogen
– stores ironThe liver is hit pretty hard when its detoxification phases get overburdened and overwhelmed.  This overburdening also means that those functions I just mentioned above become difficult as the liver struggles to keep afloat because of the high load of toxins.How are toxins being administered?
I think it’s an easier question to answer what isn’t being polluted.
  • Our air is increasingly getting more and more polluted, with aluminum released into the air, and radiation from electromagnetic frequencies (5G and more) creating radiation bubbles. Mold is also becoming an increasing problem with homes improperly built.
  • Our water is laden with chemicals, drugs, antibiotics, fluoride, chlorine, arsenic and most recent findings possible snake venom particulates.
  • Our food is sprayed to the max with chemicals or genetically modified as we like to call it frankenfood.
  • Our meat is sourced with corn and soy byproducts that are filled with mycotoxins
  • Many are injected with unknown particulates from recent vaccinations targeting liver tissue.
  • Beauty products, lotions and potions are filled with fragrances
  • cleaning supplies are laden with chemicals.
  • toxic emotions of fear, resentment, frustration and anger are plaguing our population
I could go on…

The point is.. our liver is SCREAMING for help.  And when we don’t pay attention to the warning signs of the liver, our body will relay it in other ways called referral patterns.

This brings us to the point of how the liver could be connected to the right side of the body….  There are certain pathways in our body called meridian pathways.  They correlate with every organ that we have in our body.  When an organ is not functioning adequately we can look to these meridians for answers as to which organ is having difficulty.

The meridian of the liver is on the right side of the body, going into the right side of the head, jaw, shoulder and shoulder blade, into the right hip, knee and into the foot. 

This means that any of those body location areas I mentioned, could be a result of the liver screaming through that channel…. It’s not always a mechanical problem with a muscle or joint when an area is in pain/tension. In fact, most chronic pain issues are organ related.

I’ve seen such a huge ramping up of the liver struggling in individuals the past two years that it’s almost not normal to find someone without a problem. Hormonal and digestive problems are another huge result of a bogged down liver, and those is through the roof!

So, where does that leave us?

Well, in addition to toxins that we need to take account for in our life, and begin to decrease, there’s also a couple other key points to mention with the liver.

#1 there could also be an underlying infection going on in the liver making it struggle.  Some big ones that I find are liver flukes (parasites), mold or mycotoxins and lyme and co-infections.  The liver will always struggle when there’s unwanted guests

#2 genetic hangups.  Now genetics aren’t everything, we have the power to change their expression, but it is important information to know where your weaknesses might lie.  For instance, there are certain genetic variations that make it difficult for a person in general to detoxify properly.  Which means if they are also bombarded with more toxins they will REALLY struggle.  It’s important to know these facts before going into a detox protocol and to clear things out. It could be really dangerous for a person if they don’t know these facts beforehand.

What to do?

Start working on what you are putting in on and around your body…. This is a big key.  We can’t escape all toxins, but we can control what’s in our vicinity as best as we can.

  • Stick to grass fed/finished foods and organic products to decrease toxins

  • get all natural beauty/cleaning products, check out EWG.org

  • get EMF remediation in your home/work from EMF pro.

  • Keep hydrated, and filter your water!! brita filters are total CRAP.  I prefer kangan water for ultimate hydration

  • start getting off medications and saying no to annual and follow up vaccinations.  Injecting through the blood is the most toxic form.

  • Clean your air through an Air Doc, and if you’re in a moldy home, remediate properly or move!

  • Get your genetics tested, and do a followup with Dr Rachel to customize a plan for you based on what nutrients you need for your liver!

  • coffee enemas

So.  If you have chronic right sided pain in your jaw, head, shoulder, hip or knee, look into your liver function.  Blood lab work will often miss if the liver is starting to wane, and sometimes only reveals when it’s so far gone.  But some key markers are if your liver enzymes start to rise, your cholesterol starts to rise as well as LDL, and your blood cells aren’t balanced.

Some of you reading the title of this blog may be thinking “I thought 5G was already on phones”.  Since, 2019 it has been displayed on your phone devices “5G”, however there’s REAL 5G, and there is 5G without the fast mm EMF wave. The 5G you’ve been seeing on your devices till now is 5G evolution, not 5G mm waves. This wave antennae is now in smartphones.

Just to keep you up to date on what antennae’s are utilized so far: all Smartphones Have WiFi antennae, Bluetooth and Cell signal Antenna. Each antenna exposes you to a different frequency on the Electromagnetic Frequency Spectrum.
The mm wave antennae now exposes individuals with a different level of wavelength, which is higher than any of those other antennae! These mm waves sit at between 24GHz and 100GHz.  In comparison,  3G and 4G cell signals use 800 to 1800 GHz, Bluetooth operates in the 2.4Ghz frequency and WiFi uses 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz.

There’s lots of other examples of devices on that EMF spectrum, for instance, getting an x-ray is a different amount of radiation than your wifi, and will affect our bodies differently.

As of right now, there are NO EMF meters that can measure 5G mm wave. .BUT THERE HAVE BEEN 100’S OF STUDIES ON POTENTIAL NEGATIVE HEALTH EFFECTS OF RF RADIATION AND ADDITIONALLY, OVER 40 SPECIFICALLY ON THE MILLIMETER WAVE.

How do you know if your device has the antennae?

  • Go to the Specs or Specifications Section of the Product Page of Your Phone
  • Look for the Connectivity Band or RF or Cellular detail
  • If you see mmWave listed, than it contains a 5G millimeter wave antenna
  • If you see Bands n257, n258, n259, n260, n261,n262 it has a millmeter wave antenna

Current smart devices are made with them and once the 5G Antenna is in the phone, the software will control if the antenna is sending or receiving the new high frequency EMF. To get these high frequencies to work efficiently it also calls for MORE technology. “These high frequency 5G signals carry lots of data, but don’t go very far and instead of going through walls like cell signals do, they tend to bounce off of buildings.
So the great people that work in telecom have added even more tech to the technology to try and get it to work better. That means massive MIMO and Beam forming apparatus will be added to the environment to help it along.  Again, what man thought adding more machines and more toxins to our environment would be a good idea?”

How to protect yourself:

It doesn’t seem at this point this technology although far more potent and dangerous will be going away.  So, we must take all precautions to protect against it wherever we go.  I highly recommend EMF pro for help to decrease its power through products you can wear on your body and put on your devices.  Additionally, distance is your friend.  Never keep your phones or any electronic devices on your body, and especially your children’s body.  Smart watches, headphones and bluetooth devices also add to more radiation, so less is key here. I would also recommend that you make sure your methylation is working appropriately to help detox the radiation out of the body.  Some nutraceuticals are phosphatidylcholine, carbon c60 and gingko.

Keep in mind EMF is already in our other technology with 3 and 4G, with loads of research studies showing its harm.  You’ll want to take even more precaution now with higher than ever frequencies and more antennas being put up in many neighborhoods.

There are ways apparently to disable the 5G on some of these devices, but I wouldn’t recommend getting a new smart device.  I think we are going to see many health implications of radiation poisoning from the addition of more tech into our environment.

Low Back/Groin Pain and your Kidneys?

I’ve finished my new and upcoming book (thank you Jesus), and so I can slowly begin to get back into the blogging you all love!  It’s not out yet, you didn’t miss it, its still in development, but thankfully my part is finished:)

Low back pain or stiffness is a pretty common complaint. About 80% of people experience it at one point in their life, and some people chronically.

If you’re new here to my blogs, welcome.  If you’re not new, you know that I talk pretty extensively about the location of pain is rarely every where the problem is.  Why?  Pain is a signal from the brain. That’s it.  It doesn’t tell us where the pain is originating from, it just tells us “hey something is not in balance”.

There can be various difference reasons for pain to manifest in the low back region.  Too much sitting and not enough movement is really common, weakness in the core/abdominal muscles and backside (glute) muscles ( also really common), too much cranial tension (in the skull bones) causing the low back to compensate, unstable pelvic joint, toes are crammed together……  These are all examples of mechanical reasons for the pain in the back.  It could be upstream or downstream that’s the issue, but something in the structure of the body and subsequently how the nervous system is working is causing the issue.

However, lower back pain can also be related to certain organ’s needing attention.  What do you mean?

Something occurs called viscerosomatic pain referral patterns.  In other words, your organs have specific channels and pain patterns that can mimic as a mechanical problem.  For instance, if someone is having a heart attack they can feel pain down the left arm.  This is that referral pattern.

The lower back region in particular has a relationship with several different organs. The upper region of the low back is the kidneys, next in line is the ascending colon, reproductive organs are next, descending colon and finally the uterus/prostate at last lumbar region.

Depending on which organ is either inflamed or just not functioning properly, determines where in the low back you may feel it.  How does that work? The referral patterns.  The one I see most commonly in this region is the kidneys.  Now, we are taught in the education system that when the kidneys are malfunctioning you may feel something like “flank pain”, which is pain felt around the lower part of your ribs on your backside.
However, this most often only occurs with stone formation and kidney infection.  

The kidneys are our filtration system, and when that filter gets either overburdened or doesn’t have the right hydration/mineral balance, the organ starts to malfunction.  It’s very similar to when the liver, which is our biggest toxin filter gets too clogged up we can get a host of problems.

The kidneys biggest function is to remove waste from the blood. Every day the kidneys process about 200 quarts (190 liters) of blood and filters out about 2 quarts of waste products and extra water.
Waste could be a chemical that the body cannot use at all, or even if the body can use it, if it is present in excess of what the body needs then the excess is classified as waste. If wastes accumulate in the body, the results can be deadly, so waste needs to be removed quickly. Other functions of the kidneys include:

  • Urine formation
  • regulating water volume
  • regulate salt content
  • regulate blood pressure
  • produce hormones- erythropoietin, triggers the release of red blood cells
  • regulate the pH of our body
  • process vitamin D into an active form
Just like any organ we have been designed with, the kidneys are important. Typically, the most common occurrence that happens in my practice is dehydration.  Many many individuals are dehydrated, not only because they don’t drink enough water, but because the type of water they consume and the lack of minerals in their diet create dehydration. This is why I’m a huge proponent of food based minerals, and clean hydrating water like Kangan water.  If you want to know more about Kangan just email me and I’ll include you in the next live class.

Second, the kidneys get backed up in what is called the CBS pathways in methylation.  You can think of it similarly to detoxification.  When the biochemical pathways do not have sufficient vitamins/minerals either because of toxins, pathogens, not enough in the diet or genetic variations, this pathway in particular causes some damage to the kidneys.  Like I mentioned a moment ago, the kidney filters waste and a lot of that waste is chemicals we either breathe, eat or for some inject.  If the burden is too high the kidneys can’t keep up and it causes damage. Often times someone will not “feel” pain in the kidney, or might not even have abnormality in their laboratory work, but the organ isn’t functioning at its best.  How do we know?  The referral pattern.

The referral pattern for the kidneys for some starts in the lower back and wraps around the front of the pelvis into the groin region.  This is a pretty significant bull’s eye in my practice that I know the kidneys are at play.  It is important to rule out the mechanical issues first as well, because pelvic instability looks similar.  However, chronic pain here is a clue to the kidneys.

Remember, traditional medicine may have zero clue here.  If your labs and urine look “normal”, everything is perfect in their eyes. However, hidden toxins and hidden pathogens like parasites and mold toxins don’t show up in these tests.  These, in combination with other chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, air pollution, adjuvants in v@CCinations, to name a few really put a big stress on the kidneys, and sometimes the only way to let you know is through this referral pattern.

Here’s my tips:

1. Start with hydration.  You need CLEAN water, not tap or refrigerator, or bottled…those are mostly toxic..Get highly filtered water and then add minerals in to help you absorb it.  Better yet, get kangan!

2. start taking a toxin inventory….. Is your food organic and non gmo?  Cleaning products and beauty products organic and clean by EWG standard?  use of fertilizers, pesticides, weed killers…. Aromatic things like febreeze, fragrances and perfumes…5G towers near you, or EMF protection(radiation is toxic), need your nails done all the time, use plastic bottles, mold is in your home, you’ve done many v@CCinations, you take pharmaceuticals….. this isn’t an exhaustive list but you get the picture.  Start taking inventory and begin to change out things that you can one at a time.

3. Get a customized nutritional plan to make sure that CBS pathway and others are working effectively to get out the toxins, and also to screen for mold and other pathogens that might be lurking around.  It doesn’t take a lot, but a few key vitamins and minerals can help tremendously here. Unfortunately, our food even if clean just isn’t enough anymore because our soil is void of minerals.  Most everyone needs supplementation now.

4. Sauna and infrared light are also great tools to help take the toxin burden off, by getting toxins out through the sweat.

5. Eat organ meat.  The best way I’ve found to build organs is to utilize organ meats.  They’ve been around a long time and for good reason.  If you don’t particularly love eating organ meats  ( need to be grass fed), like myself I recommend the brand heart and soil as they are in capsule form which is easier on the palate.

Recharging Your Cells… They Can’t Work On A Dead Battery

Hey Warriors!

It’s yet again another week, and it was definitely a hot one this week, whew.  Been praying for those fires all around California, here’s to hoping the heat wave goes down quickly!

This week we are going to be talking briefly about recharging our cells.  If you remember a couple of months ago, I talked about always working with 5 systems of health. #4 in that system is cellular electricity. #1 is Brain #2 Water #3 Food and #5 Emotional.

These 5 systems are what I focus on in my practice.  Cellular Electricity is kind of a hard concept to grasp, because most don’t think of their bodies as electrical needing to be recharged. 
You’ve probably heard of the phrase “needed to recharge”, when you are stressed out and need a break.  Or maybe when you haven’t gotten enough rest. 
It’s easy to conceptualize that when our bodies are worn out or tired that they need a reboot. 

It shouldn’t be a stretch than to understand that our bodies and cells need recharging.  Every cell in us is a rechargeable battery.  They can’t work on a dead battery, just like your phone can’t.

You see, if your cells are “dead” so to speak, then they can’t communicate with one another very well.  They also can’t do their normal functions or detoxify and create new.  
That means just like a battery starts to die, that the signal starts to weaken and dampen. 

I should also mention, our bodies and cells are also bombarded with other frequencies, like high EMF’s every single day.  It’s hard to even escape it, as more and more 5G towers are being installed and homes, schools and work areas are LOADED with technology.  These frequencies as we know can really interfere with that cell signaling and additionally deplete our batteries causing miscommunication and dirty cells.  

One thing I always recommend is even though we can’t escape it, is to decrease your exposure as much as you can.  Turn wifi and other electronics off at night.  Don’t utilize bluetooth, and get protective gear like those from defendershield or EMF solutions to help combat that frequency. 

So HOW do we RECHARGE?!

Since we are electric, just like a battery we have to use electricity or frequencies to help recharge. 

For those that have the funds, there are BIG technology devices that you can sit in front of and change the frequencies you need.  Those are called a RASHA device or a BIOCHARGER. These are definitely not for the average Joe though, being that they are extremely expensive. 

Here are some other options:

One of the best ways is to use something called PEMF, or pulsed electromagnetic field therapy.  This machine creates an alternating electrical current, which is used to generate specific Pulsating Electromagnetic Fields, which is helping to restore / stimulate the body’s own regeneration processes. A PEMF device creates bursts (pulses) of low-level electromagnetic waves to heal damaged tissue and bone and to relieve injury-related pain. 

There are over 2,000 medical studies that evaluate the effect of PEMF on the body —
studies ranging from Arthritis, Cell Regeneration, Circulation, Skin Wound healing, and pain. 
Dr OZ in 2011, cited PEMF therapy machines as one of the most important breakthroughs in pain management that he’s ever discovered.

PEMF therapy devices use a computer or control unit to administer precise natural pulsating magnetic fields to the body (with specific frequencies and intensities) through various applicators such as a full body mat, localized pad applicators and pinpointed probe, pen, or “Xtal” (spot-applicators).

When I was going through Lyme Disease, I utilized PEMF mats and tubes to help my adrenal glands, as they were constantly tanked.  The mats and tubes you will actually feel a pulsing going through your body and it can be quite intense.  Although these tubes and mats are significantly lower in cost than the big guys I mentioned above, they still are a little spendy if you are wanting to do this treatment all the time, which most of us should do.  Unless you buy your own mats or tubes, which would definitely be cost efficient. 

The XTAL or spot applicators, are not quite as strong as the mats and tubes, but have been shown to be still beneficial.  
This last week, I met with an inventor who himself after seeing HUGE results with PEMF and pain, started researching how to make his own to be able to utilize every day.

I know, as you might have guessed I asked him tons of questions about going through a phone, since I try to avoid this at all costs.  And I don’t want to put a stone connected to my phone on my body.  However, you CAN put your phone on airplane mode, AND utilize a cord that connects to your phone so that the gemstone can be on your body and the phone away from you. 

The stone applicator contains electronics configured to work as an emitter just like a mat or tube would.  I should also mention that this type of frequency is very different than frequencies from wifi and data.  Those are typically VERY high frequencies, whereas PEMF is pulsed low level which does something very different in the body.

Pretty amazing right?!  I love this concept because not only is it super affordable, but something one can utilize every day.  It could also get someone out of a pain crisis, to allow for more therapies to be utilized.  I have been using it for the past few days on the cell energy and sleep frequencies.  I’m really loving it!

It also makes sense you can travel with it and recharge your batteries after going through a tin can (airplane) and all the EMF’s in an airport.  Just simply do a quick 15 minutes recharge through the connector.   Way easier to bring than a huge tube or PEMF mat.

Hydration-
In order to amplify the current or electricity, our cells do need to be fully hydrated.  Those electrolytes help amplify and make connections flow.  Nerves and signals need oxygen and need hydration.  This is why it is important to keep your cells hydrated to also recharge them.  When you hydrate you also detox old dying debris from the inside.  So just as the frequencies are detoxing the cells, the hydration also in a sense flushes them out.   As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, there really is no comparison in Kangan water’s ability to penetrate the cell.  Regular water can’t do that.  Check out the flyer below to sign up for the next class to learn more about this!

Rosa damascena, more commonly known as the Damask rose, is a small shrub with thorny stems. Originally from the Syrian capital Damascus, it is highly sought after for its many therapeutic properties. Before the sun crests the horizon in Bulgaria, workers can be found in fields harvesting the delicate bloom of the Rosa damascena. The labor-intensive production process has a very low yield; takes more than 10,000 freshly picked rose blossoms to produce only one 5mL bottle of Rose essential oil.
